- Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store), from which the Application has been downloaded.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
- Country refers to West Bengal, India.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
- Service refers to the Application, Website, or both.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) means these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between you and Wrappid regarding your use of the Service.

Acknowledgment
Wrappid is an open-source framework developed and maintained by a community of contributors. By using Wrappid, you agree to abide by the principles of open-source development, including collaboration, transparency, and the sharing of contributions under the project’s license.

Community Contribution Guidelines

Code of Conduct

Limitation of Liability
Wrappid and its contributors provide the framework “as-is” and offer no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or security. As an open-source project, we do not provide warranties of any kind, and you assume all risks associated with the use of the framework.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wrappid and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any third-party on the Service;

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

Neither Wrappid nor any of Wrappid’s providers make any warranty or representation regarding:

- The accuracy, reliability, or currency of any content provided through the Service;
- That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- That the Service or its servers are free of harmful components like viruses.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on statutory rights, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users and contributors from outside India agree that any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of West Bengal, unless otherwise specified by applicable local laws.
Dispute Resolution
For any issues or disputes related to contributions or the use of the framework, we encourage you to reach out through our community channels before escalating to formal legal procedures. We aim to resolve disputes through collaboration and open dialogue.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Changes to the terms will also be announced through the community’s primary communication channels (e.g., GitHub, mailing list, etc.) in addition to making the changes on the website.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
